What ResortFinder is

ResortFinder is a resort research, recommendation, and advisor-assisted booking tool. We research all-inclusive resorts across sunny destinations, summarize the trade-offs across traveler priorities, connect travelers to advisor-backed package help, and offer advisor help when wanted.

When you use the booking tool, pricing and availability come from the booking flow where available. Any final booking is subject to supplier, resort, airline, tour operator, payment, cancellation, and travel-document terms.

How booking and advisor help work

Searching or requesting package help is free and creates no obligation. On ResortFinder.co, booking is advisor-assisted. If you ask for advisor help, an advisor usually responds within 24 hours with support comparing options or confirming next steps. Any quoted price is valid only for the time period stated because all-inclusive pricing fluctuates.

If you decide to book, final payment, cancellation policy, availability, inclusions, room category, schedule, and resort-specific terms are governed by that booking and its supplier documents, not only these website terms.

Editorial content

Our resort descriptions, "what travelers love" summaries, dining details, lens ratings, and best-for tags are editorial. They're produced by combining source data with AI-assisted synthesis. We work hard to keep them accurate, but they are not guarantees of what your stay will be like. ResortFinder has not personally stayed at every resort. Resorts change menus, close pools for renovation, change ownership, and have off days. Always confirm specifics in the booking flow, with an advisor, supplier, or resort before relying on any detail.

If you spot a factual error or something out of date, email bookings@resortfinder.co and we'll review it.

Photos & reviews

Resort photographs displayed on this site are sourced from public APIs (TripAdvisor's Content API, Google Places API) or directly from resort marketing materials. Each image is attributed to its source where shown. Copyright remains with the original owner; we display them under those APIs' terms of use.

Guest review excerpts are quoted from public TripAdvisor and Google Places listings with the source clearly labelled. Editorial summaries derived from those reviews are our own synthesis.

Takedown requests: If you are a copyright owner and believe an image or quote should be removed, email bookings@resortfinder.co with the URL and we'll remove it promptly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish our editorial content without permission
• Submit fake advisor requests, spam our forms, or impersonate other people
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability

Violation may result in your access being blocked.

Disclaimers

ResortFinder is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific resort information is current or complete. Travel involves risk; check government travel advisories, your own insurance, and the resort's current policies before booking.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a resort you booked after researching it here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity and service jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
